What This Looks Like in Practice
Depending on the nature of the asset or project, this may include:
engaging and managing contractors and service providers
overseeing property-related projects and works
coordinating consultants, designers and specialists
managing supplier relationships and payments on your behalf
arranging and overseeing insurance, including periodic review and claims
assisting with local council processes, including consents where required
introducing and assessing relevant opportunities or investments
purchasing and managing vehicles or small fleets where required
engaging support to ensure properties are maintained, prepared and appropriately provisioned
In practice, this may range from overseeing a property renovation to coordinating multiple advisors during a period of change, or ensuring a residence is ready for use at short notice.
These activities are not offered in isolation.
